Thomas P. Carlson is a shareholder with Carlson & Associates, Ltd. Thomas is a cum laude graduate of Hamline University School of Law. Since his admission to the bar in 1994, Thomas has practiced extensively in the areas of municipal law, insurance defense, subrogation, real estate, small business formation and community association law.

Thomas has represented numerous clients in matters relating to land use, road design/signage, automobile accidents, civil rights violations, property damage subrogation, defamation, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, foreclosures and a variety of other issues. Thomas has significant litigation experience and has represented numerous clients in appeals to the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Thomas is licensed to practice in all Minnesota State and Federal Courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
